At the end of this meeting, an initial study is carried out and a service offer is made to you. Its acceptance marks the beginning of our collaboration.
A first draft of the layout plans and the various stages of implementation is then proposed to you in order to conceptualise your desires, your needs and the technical realities of the site into a unique and original project.
3. Support in event logistics production
After years of expertise in the event industry, our team is committed to working with you on the logistical coordination of your project so that you can better understand the material, human and financial challenges. Depending on the level of support you choose, we will work with you to draw up a budget, schedules and technical forecasting tools to monitor the implementation of your event step by step.
4. On-site logistical and technical coordination
Surrounded by quality professional partners, the Tentourage team coordinates all of the technical and logistical sectors of your event to harmonise and smooth out its workings during the set-up, operating and dismantling periods.
5. Assessment
At the end of this collaboration, a debriefing phase allows us to understand the analysis and follow-up tools necessary for the conclusion of the event and the design of your next experiences.
