The Way We Work
1. First contact
We always have a quick chat with you to fully understand your needs and expectations.
4. Preparation
We get all the thing you need ready. If you purchase a new tent this is the time when we get your order ready.
2. Free quotation
A free quotation is made to fulfil your request and present all the job details and Terms & Conditions.
5. Set-up
We come to your place and install the tent making sure it safe for you and your guests.
3. Site inspection
In some cases we come for a site inspection, this happens almost all the time for permanent and semi-permanent installations.
6. Set-down
…and after the ‘party’ we come and make sure there is no sign left of our passage.
